On some old Idol news (if anyone here saw season 1), Nikki McKibbin will be on Fear Factor! ;D (and so will Omorosa from The Apprentice)

On some old Idol news (if anyone here saw season 1), Nikki McKibbin will be on Fear Factor! ;D (and so will Omorosa from The Apprentice) What episode will this be on? I was a big fan of the first season, and I got to really love Nikki towards the end. My thoughts on the first four eliminations in the journey to the top twelve finalists in American Idol... not all of whom I expected, but I can understand to a point where the voting (or lack thereof) came from. I felt especially bad for the first girl to be eliminated, because she was right about it being unfair that she was never featured in the earlier episodes. I am willing to bet that Constantine's votes are definately in the higher numbers thanks to being showcased through the entire auditions. I would have liked to see how the girl could do further into the competition, and unfortunately we wont' get to see that. We will, however, get to see the girl who Simon so badly wants to sleep with.

I love Nikki too! ;D I actually voted for her the week Tamyra got kicked off. I think she'll be on this upcoming week...since I saw the commercial today. When is Fear Factor on? Tuesdays? Unfortunately, after 2 and 1/2 season of American Idol, I really think I've lost real interest in the show. No one seems interesting to me.

After the clay/ruben debacle and after I learned who the two would be for season 3, I stopped watching. It's predictable and boring and they want the same thing every year, just in a brand spanking new package.

Season one was the peak for me. I was so completely addicted to it, and I followed Kelly Clarkson's every move from her first "RESPECT" through the cheesy movie and both of her cds. Season two was kind of a disappointment for me because the people I really wanted to win didn't even make it to the top two, but I supported Clay either way. Then, with season three, I was finally bored of almost everyone in the top twelve. One or two got my interest enough, but in the end it didn't stop me from disliking Diana's cd (even though I bought it in attempts to support her in some warped sense of loyalty to someone I only supported because my favorite was gone). This time around, it's hard to pick any favorites because there is no one who is all around amazing. No one who gets my attention and sings songs I enjoy and does well in the competition. Instead we have a whole bunch of people that couldn't attempt to go up against the singers from the idol competition before, or the one before that, or the one before that. I'll obsess and watch anyways, but it is definately not the same true love I had for the first season.

Hmmm Fear Factor is on Mondays. But of course I'll be watching American Idol instead. =P
I thought America, finally, got the right people out. I was jumping for joy when Judd got eliminated. Now just get rid of Conny and Scott... =P

Oh me too! Season 1 was so new and so exciting. It was so interesting to see all the drama and stuff. I wasn't a believer in Kelly till she sang "I surrender". (I supported Christina Christian before that. ;D) I am so glad that Justin doesn't have a real singing career now. Season 2 was a bit more boring but I also liked Clay. Season 3 was my first year in college so I didn't really watch. (It was quite boring anyway.) Okay...just checked. As said above, Fear Factor will be on Monday @ 8. (thinks) Yay I can watch it because 24 won't be on till 9. But wait, it's a 2 hours show! UGH. Oh well.

Did you know that Austin had a chance to show his clothes at the show too as a decoy? They didn't want people to know the results so he still got to do it. You can see it on bravotv.com.
I thought Kara Saun should have won too. Her clothes were flawless. Jay was ok, in the middle for me. =P I would have been happy with any of the 3 winning.

Tonight's American Idol was a travesty. I can't believe Vonzell was so close to elimination.

Tonight's American Idol was a travesty. I can't believe Vonzell was so close to elimination. I have been a bit upset with most of American Idol this season. Especially that some talented females aren't going to make it through to the final twelve because they have forced six guys into it. The guys aren't nearly as strong. Tuesday night I scribbled down some thoughts I had on the girls, and had planned to post them here, but I forgot.. so I'll do that now.. Nadia Turner: I hated the performance. The song was so repetitive, I felt like she was just riding the wave she was lucky enough to create for herself with last week's MUCH better performance. If she does this again, I want her out of the competition. Celena Rae: I was more impressed this week with her, but all I could think about is how much she looked like Yuna with the hair and shirt. She should have sang Real Emotion. But now she is gone.. Janay: Maybe it was pitchy or whatever, but enjoyed her performance more than a lot of the other contestants this time. I couldn't quite agree with the judges. Carrie Underwood: Isn't the song she sang a country song? I'm sure I've heard it on country stations before, but Simon and all of them said she should stick to country. I hate how the judges seem to know who the contestants are better than the contestants know ("You know who you are! That song was you!" or "That song was so not you. You are a country singer, sing country." I'd get pissed off. Mikalah: She really impressed me this week. I was starting to get sick of the way she was treating the performances as if they meant nothing. But this time around she took it seriously and blew me away. Aloha: I could barely hear her. The band was playing so loud, I couldn't even make out the lyrics. Frickin Band. I didn't think she should have been gone so soon. Lindsey: I love this song. It has been one of my favorites for a long time. Apparently some of the judges didn't like it as much, but that is because they are freaks. Jessica: The judges raved over her, but I didn't feel it at all. I wish she had been gone this week rather than Celina or Aloha. Amanda: She looked so much more comfortable on stage this week. I ~love~ Turn The Beat Around. I loved it when Carmen Rasmusen sang it, and I loved it when Diana DeGarmo sang it. Amanda is looking to be one of my favorites. She should wear a bra for support. Vonzell: It was enjoyable enough. I just think she should have picked a different song for this week. The guys.. wow.. don't even know what to say. I have a strong disliking for most of them. As long as Mario and that guy who sang Reggae and did the flashy dance moves.. as long as they get to the top twelve, I don't care who else is gone. I just hope the big, white guy is gone. Forget his name, but I haven't enjoyed a single performance from him, and I hated his attitude from earlier during the auditions. My guesses for next week's eliminations concerning the girls.. Janay and Lindsey. Jessica is riding the judge's wave of compliments, Carrie is a judge favorite and a crowd favorite apparently, Nadia is just going to make it to spite me, Mikalah is a favorite and she also has proved she has the voice, Amanda apparently has the looks thing going on for people (I don't get it, but whatever), and Vonzell just reminds me of someone to round out the top six girls.

Haha, Carmen's rendition was more like "Turn the Blea-ea-ea-ea-eat Around." Worst. Vibratto. Ever. Also singing on key would have helped her.
It's sad how even this earlier on in the competition, the subliminal messaging and pimping has already started. Mikalah has CHARISMA! Carrie is from a FARM! Anthony had a TRACHIATOMY! Scott is RUBEN'S CAUCASIAN TWIN! Valerie is going to TURN OFF HER TV and NOT WATCH THIS CRAP! (Valerie being me.)
I hate all these people. Stupid, stupid famewh0res. Why is this show still on?! Haven't they figured out that they jumped the shark like, 3 years ago?
/end rant
